Default Hormones in animal products effect pregnancy?

I am pregnant and I have always questioned the safety of consuming animal products during pregnancy. My reason being that they pump a lot of those animals full of antibiotics and hormones. Could that effect my baby? Surely it would. But I am a firm believer that you need to eat meat to really be healthy. So what do I do?
