Vehicle's Tires at Texas Border Crossing Conceal 137 Pounds of Marijuana
Brownsville, Texas - U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at the Gateway International Bridge discovered marijuana concealed within the tires of a Ford F-150; one female Mexican citizen was arrested.On Tuesday, July 28 at the Gateway International Bridge, CBP officers working northbound operations encountered a gold 1998 Ford F-150 driven by 46-year-old Maria Luisa De La Garza, a Mexican citizen and resident of Houston, Texas.
