CBP Supports First Lady's Food Drive in Northern Washington
Blaine, Wash - Personnel of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection pitched in and sponsored a food drive to benefit local food banks in support of First Lady Michelle Obama's "Summer of Service" program. As part of the national effort, CBP officers at the Blaine area ports and Vancouver pre-clearance station donated and distributed a combined 1,266 pounds of food to the Blaine and Sumas city food banks.
