Nogales, Ariz. - Customs and Border Customs officers conducting routine screening of travelers entering the United States at the Nogales port of entry apprehended a man and a woman on Wednesday wanted for a variety of state charges."When our officers screen people entering the country, they uncover a variety of violations of the law," said Port Director Lupe Ramirez, "and when we discover a person with a warrant for their arrest, we ensure they are taken into custody and work with the local law enforcement agencies to ensure they are handled appropriately.
