Barcel Announces Voluntary Recall
Barcel was notified by one of its suppliers that a seasoning used in Barcel Tostachos contains hydrolyzed vegetable protein (HVP) manufactured by Basic Food Flavors, Inc., which has voluntarily recalled several lots of this ingredient because of potential Salmonella exposure. In response, Barcel announced today that it is voluntarily recalling: Item: Tostachos 3.17 oz UPC: 074323 04358 7 Lot: AUG1110, AUG1810, AUG2510, SEP0110
