i have a mexican neighbor who is getting social security benefits. he is fairly young. seems healthy and able considering he works around the neighborhood helping people with their yards and what not. never seems like he is in pain, suffering, or having any sort of social issues.
i have to say that really pisses me off. i applied for social security over 6 months ago and still have not got mine. i suspect i might get turned down even because that's what i hear the trend is. i need it. but i don't think he does. and even so, why is he getting something i worked nearly my whole life for and he has only be here a short while. i suspect he probably hasn't paid much taxes either. it's just not fair! ![]() |

Oh yes, I have seen this many times before. I agree that it's not fair. People who were born here by parents who were also born and worked here should all get government financial assistance first. No doubt.
