Hey everyone! So recently something was brought to my attention in a much unwanted manner and I just have to share this with all of you before it happens to you or someone you know.
So a lot of the people I know (which is a lot of people), like to exchange adult oriented images on their cell phones. I am talking about adult jokes with pictures of nudity. Just harmless, humerous picture messages that everyone gets a laugh out of. Or, even some people send each other nude pictures of themselves. Let's face it, this is a sexual nation. We are sexual by nature. You turn on cable television and see nudity all the time now. What's the difference? So, did you know that having adult oriented material containing nudity on your cell phone is illegal in many states?? That funny joke with the naked picture that seems so harmless can get you thrown in prison! Did you know that?? I didn't know that. My friends and family didn't know that. Well, some people I know were caught exchanging such pictures and now they are in a LOT of trouble and are facing FELONY charges! It also doesn't matter if you are a child or an adult. They will prosecute anyway. Of course, this IS Ohio and this state is full of uptight conservative assholes pushing ridiculous laws. Pardon my language, but it just infuriates me. These are decent people that would never hurt anyone and they are being punished as if they were child molestors or rapists. With all that we have going on, are they seriously going to lock these people up and spend more of the taxpayers money in litigation just because two consenting people exchanged some pictures on a cell phone? It's ludacris! I can turn on my tv and see nudity. Just check out HBO. Or heck, I can just go to Playboy.com and see more nudity then I could even need. What is the difference??? I think something needs to be done about this law. It's ridiculous. How does someone go about challenging a ****** law like that anyway? Any ideas? Don't think I won't if I am able!

Oh, I forgot to mention...
Look this stuff up on the internet. You will not believe how serious this is. People all over America are going to jail and getting in trouble for it. They are prosecuting high school kids for it. It's ridiculous!!!

Whatever happened to the first amendment? Aside from that, are we talking about people that are receiving these things and then complaining about it? If not, then I am wondering how these people are getting caught.

If its my phone then I think that I am the only person who makes the decision on what pictures are stored on it. As long at the pictures are not of kids or something like that then no one has the right to tell me what I can or can not have on it.
