Bad quality of life in prisons.
I have a friend who was recently in prison. He said half the time they didn't have any hot water, the heat wouldn't work and they would freeze half to death, the blankets they had were more like sheets, the medical treatment was so bad you only went in if you were dying, and the food could make you sick. I agree that they should live in the lap of luxury, but that's just too much.
