I pay extra on my taxes in 2009. IRS delays sending my refund! Nothing I do resolve the situation!

If you have tried and tried to get the IRS to do what they are supposed to and you keep getting the "run around", contact the tax payer advocate office and request assistance. They are there to make sure the IRS is following their guidelines and trust me... they do not always do what they are supposed to. I know from experience. The tax payer advocate did help me get done what I needed. They put deadlines on the IRS and they had to comply.
